Coming from the answer mentioned above, we must be critical about the information we are getting etc. But what should be our stance in opinion and in practice towards the people and brands supporting Israel?

Just to reiterate, most businesses are for-profit entities that are answerable to their shareholders. Generally they do not outright support any party in a given conflict.
Unless there is objective evidence that a company supports an oppressor, there is no harm in buying their products or services. As Muslims we should also avoid speculations and conspiracy theories. However, it is each consumer’s individual right whether or not to buy from a particular business and we should respect that right.
