Umrah Related If Dum Is Wajib
السلام علیکم
I went to perform Umrah. I planned this way. I went from Brussels to Jeddeh and from airport I went directly to Madinah. I stayed in Madina for 4 days and then I went from Madinah to Makkah and did Ihram at Meeqat and performed Umrah.
Was it compulsory to do ihram at Meeqat in Plane and first perform Umrah and then go to Madinah?
Secondly, after one day I went to Taif for Ziyraat and due to my lack of awareness i didn’t know if there’s Meeqat while coming back from Taif and I did not have intention to perform Umrah the very day.
Was it Wajib also?
The next day I performed Umrah by Ihram from Masjid Aisha.
Please let me know if i made any mistake there. Do i need to do Dum for any of above situations? Or i have to do something else too? Thanks for guidance.

You did nothing wrong. It is not necessary to do multiple umarahs.

Was it permissible to cross Meeqaat without Ihram and enter Makkah?

In the absence of solemn intention for Umrah, there was no obligation to wear Ihram from Meeqat.
