Ratio Of Power In Fight Against Cruelty And Persecution
I have listened to (AL BAYAN – Surah AL BAQARAH – Part 44 – Verses 190 – 193 – Javed Ahmed Ghamidi) where he says that Allah Swt determined in Sura Anfal ratio of power as a prerequisit to fight against persecution or cruality…
my question is how one should determine this ratio in current era, and what about palastine? should it not do fight against Israel’s genoside?
How could some one interpret the verse (كم من فئة قليلة غلبت فئة كثيرة الفئة…), doesnt it mean here that the number is not important ? faith and reliance to Allah is important.

نصرت الٰہی کا یہ ضابطہ قدسیوں کی اُس جماعت کے لیے بیان ہوا ہے جو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی معیت میں اور براہ راست اللہ کے حکم سے میدان جہاد میں اتری۔ بعد کے زمانوں میں، اندازہ کیا جاسکتا ہے کہ مسلمانوں کی ایمانی حالت کے پیش نظر یہ نسبت کس حد تک کم یا زیادہ ہوسکتی ہے۔
In makkan period Muslims despite being persecuted were not ordered nor allowed to fight back.
However, when it becomes necessary or inevitable to fight, then Muslims are supposed to fight keeping trust in God and God has the power which is described here:
كم من فئة قليلة غلبت فئة كثيرة الفئة
Muslims are not allowed to fight when they are weak and there is no chance to win.
