surah maida verse 69 “Indeed, those who have believed [in Prophet Muhammad] and those [before Him] who were Jews or Sabeans or Christians – those [among them] who believed in Allah and the Last Day and did righteousness – no fear will there be concerning them, nor will they grieve.” In this verse Allah says that those who believe in Allah and in surah ankabut verse 46 says “We believe in that which was sent down unto us and was sent down unto you; our God and your God are one, and unto Him are we submitters.” This verse says that we believe in one God but they attribute some traits to Allah that we don’t so is Surah maida verse 69 also talking about those christians who believe in one God but attributes him some traits?

The Maida verse tells the basic and the real criteria to believe in Allah, the One, and the Day of Resurrection. To believe in the Trinity on the other hand is an assumption and is liable to accountability. So this verse does not endorse false beliefs associated with God.
