I know about the case that there should no intention of deceiving others for these things but my main question is more in regard that if people can apply unnatural hair color or wear unnatural color eye contacts then is it immoral because we are changing the creation of Allah based on verse (30:30) where Al-Bayan commentary also highlights that “The implication is that it is not permissible to change the nature created by God.”

Secondary question to this, if it is permissible and a woman does apply unnatural color cosmetics, does it count as a zeenat that must be covered? (Since it will make her stand out and draw attention in most cultures).

Changing the nature of the verse is about shirk in contrast to Tawheed, as shirk is unnatural to adopt as it has no rationale. However, it is also included in the changing of nature, if man adopts feminine ways or vice versa. Things of beautification are used both by men and women in their separate and distinctive ways to adorn themselves. It is not about changing a thing of nature but beautifying it. Otherwise one should not shave hair on any part of one’s body and they naturally grow. Changing the color of nails by applying henna has been appreciated, so is allowed for other things of beautification.
