Using The Same Oil For Halal And Haram Things
Assalamu Alaikum
When something is deep fried in a high temperature, the oil doesn’t penetrate in to the food and come out again but it creates a curst at the outside and the thing inside is steamed then. (Deep frying- Wikipedia). In that case, when we go to the resturants in western countries then we usually choose vegetarian or fish option, then the fish fried in the same oil as nuggets would be allowed or being on the safe side should be avoided?
And also about the thing about avoiding something and being on the safe side, as in the Hadith “halal is clear and haram is clear……”, to which extent should we follow this, to avoid the extent where we avoid everything just to be on the safe side.
