No, in case a woman has adorned herself, she is required to cover those adornments except for those adornments which are on hands, face and feet.

If she has worn clothes that are a part from common life then will she have to cover them too?

If one is wearing embroidered fancy dress then except for the chest area, the rest of the dress need not be covered.
