Following is the translation:
“We narrated in the hadith of Amr bin Shuaib, on the authority of his father, on the authority of his grandfather, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, what indicates that a man’s private parts are between the navel and the knee.
We narrated on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, that he said to Jarhad, while he was uncovering his thighs, cover them, for they are part of the private parts.
We narrated on the authority of Ibn Abbas that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said the thigh is private parts
We narrated on the authority of Abu Musa Al-Ash’ari that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, uncovered his knees, and when Othman, may God be pleased with him, came, he covered them.
Sheikh Ahmed, may God have mercy on him, said that this indicates that a man’s knees are not private, and God knows best
As for the free woman, God Almighty said, “And they should not display their adornment except what is apparent of it.” It was narrated on the authority of Ibn Abbas that he said what is in the face and the palm.
On the authority of Aisha, what appears from her is the face and palms, and it was narrated on the authority of Ibn Omar”.
