Are there any different versions of Quran being used by a significant number of people. If there are what makes them different? Are contents the same, is the organization different or is number of surah or verses different?

The changes resulting from the different readings are relatively small and have little to no bearing on the unanimous understanding of the Qur’an.

1. Is the number of Surahs or verses different in various versions of Quran?
2. Is the sequence or organization of Quran different?
3. Is the only difference in pronunciation due to different diacritical marks or missing marks, but the understood meaning remains the same regardless of different pronunciation? Like pronounciation of Tomato or Potato in British English vs American English.

3. Yes, and sometimes a slight variation in the meaning whose implication may be significant, for example, two variant readings of the verse of ablution, imply either washing feet or wiping a wet hand on feet.
