hello there my question is that

if for example a person who’s a believer who when thinks about akhirah and gets thoughts of akhirah in mind, he feels anxiety and worry and fast heartbeat. so often while working or doing anything normally like working on a computer or playing games, when such things come into his mind he starts to get anxious and his mind gets diverted from that thing he’s enjoying to do and doing right now. if at such times he deliberately tries to remove such thoughts of akhirah from his mind for a while so that he can keep enjoying what he’s doing, will it be okay and permissible thing to do? He’s not doing it out of running from the truth and avoiding it and staying in ignorance so he can avoid the responsibility whenever it is due. for example he’s not doing it so as to reject truth, and not believe in those things. he’s just at that time not wanting to think about those things that would cause him anxiety, so he’s trying to shift his thoughts from those to some other worldly thing or the work or game he’s playing, so that he can keep enjoying what’s he’s doing. is this thing permissible?
