According to hadith Allah will not look at dayouth on the day of judgement ? Whats dayouth ? I have seen two different opinions about this word .
Some says that dayouth is the one who forces his womenfolk to have zina or he is ok with this womenfolk to be adulterous
Some says that dayouth are those who allows his womenfolk to go out without hijab , going out with makeup , wearing tight cloths , going to mix gathering , shaking hands with non mehram , posting pics or videos on social media , allows dancing and singing.
So whats the literal definition for dayouth ? Is the dayouth who allows zina or the one who allows all these things mention above ?

It is used for the one who does not feel bad if his woman develops illicit relations.
Not everything you mentioned is prohibited unless there is something immoral or indecent in dressing or pictures.
There is no separate hukm of Hijab in Islam. Islam instructs both men and women to wear decent clothes to well cover their private parts and if women have adorned themselves, they need to cover their adornment except that stay exposed like their face, hands, and feet. Handshake is not considered indecent in some cultures.
