Permissibility Of Drawing Human Faces Via Graphic Designing And Painting
Asalamoalaikum,
1. It is permissible to draw human face, figures etc. using graphic designing softwares?
2. It is permissible to hand draw human faces, figures for a painting.
Both of these things can be framed on the wall. So is it permissible in islam to make such things?

It is only the problem of ethics and morals that make a thing halal or haram, permissible or impermissible. The prophet’s prohibition of pictures was based on their being polytheistic. The other element is Fahash or indecency or obscenity that can make a picture haram, otherwise, it is allowed.
