I Need To Find A Fatwa
Question: A Muslim woman was previously married to a man who had converted to Islam for a about two months to marry her. Soon after, he reverted to his Christian faith and the two continued to live as a couple, although she had remained a Muslim. Years down the line, they part ways and have been separated from each other for about three years. They are still married according to the laws of Ireland.
The woman seeks to know, if her marriage is still valid and ongoing or whether the marriage is annulled.

N.B: the woman wishes to get a divorce and works really appreciate to find a ruling that finds the marriage annulled
