Salam! Can we go for Hajj from Pakistan without wearing Ahraam and obligation to perform Umrah upon arrival at Makkah?

If we are entering Arab from other countries, is it mandatory to perform Hajj e Tamattu? Or one can perform only Hajj without offering Umrah before?

Kindly guide, with reference from Rasul Allah’s SAWW time.

    Thank you. Regards, Saad Qureshi

Hajj e tamatto is discourged and allowed for only those who come from foreign countries because it is not easy for them to come again.

Ihram is worn only when you have intention to perform hajj or umrah. For a casual visit it is not worn. Also it is not obligatory to perform Umar upon every visit of Makkah or Arabia.
