Did Ghamidi Sahab Make A Mistake?
I was told by someone that Ghamidi sahab in verse 12 made a mistake and applied meaning of ورّث on ورَث. Therefore, his understanding of inheritance law is wrong. Is this true?

If a complete argument is presented only then we can examine it.
Ghamidi saheb took the same meaning of of the word as did other scholars.

Basically, ‘made an heir’ requires ورّث according to the critic, and in verse 12 we have ورَث.

In verse 12, the verb, یورث is used, it from افعال which is a transitive verb. There is no verb ورث or any form of it in this verse.
