Query Regarding Inheritance Of A Daughter Who Is Head Of Her Family
In quranThe daughters inheritance is half than the sons. ( and its because of fact that the sons had responsibilities of their family and all )
Well what will happen if their is a daughter who is the Head of her family ( her husband died or she only earns )
It’s a rare case.But still then the daughter will get share like son? Because if its because of responsibilities then she should -

If there were any special needs or situation, the father should have made a will in her favour. If he did not then the property will be distributed according to the law. However if other heirs withdraw their shares in her favour, they can.

Whats the basis of this inheritance ?
Is there any asool mentioned in quran?
Moral basis ? ( like in a culture the elder son get all , the base is being elder, is there any asool or base mentioned in quran regarding quranic disturbation of wealth )
