Coming Across Something Indecent While Fasting
I was reading an article while fasting, and while the main body of the article was innocent, It suddenly included something, while not sexually explicit, did vaguely describe something of the kind. I immediately clicked off of the article I was reading out of embarrassment.
I immediately repented, but I fear my fast is broken.
Is my fast broken?

Fast breaks when someone intentionally eats or drinks something or when one involves in intimacy (‘copulation‘) with their spouse, whether it reaches culmination or not.
Anything which may lead one to such an act should be avoided, but it will not break the fast.

But in the case that one intentionally visits an indecent website or page, wouldn’t this nullify their fast for the reason that they are sexually gratifying themselves to some extent (Discussion 48283 • Reply 54370)?
Or when one’s partner is not involved, is it only the culmination of masturbation (and the resulting discharge of mani) that renders their fast invalid?
I’m just trying to understand what falls under ‘sexual gratification’ and what doesn’t.

In case of intimacy with wife, it is copulation which breaks the fast.
And in case of absence of wife, it is ejaculation which breaks the fast.
