Combining Two Salah Together (Esha And Maghrib)

i live and work in norway. Here maghrib and esha timings in summer are 22:44 and 00:09. Can I pray esha with maghrib? As 00.09 is too late for me and i feel all day sleepy at office. Also I just started my career and it looks bad. Thank you

Walaikum Assalam,
In my opinion it is permissible to join two prayers (except fajr) together (Zuhr+Asr & Maghrib-Isha), if one for whatever reason, is unable to pray that prayer in its own respective time. I would however say that it would be makruh e tahrimi (extremely disliked) to make this a routine, but nonetheless permissible (this was more or less also the opinion of several Maliki scholars).

There should be a valid reason (‘Usar’/undue difficulty) for combining and Qasar of Salah, and it is upto the individual to decide whether he or she is faced with such situation or not. Salah cannot be combined without any valid reason.
