Marrying An Adulterer Or A Fornicator
Salam! I’d like to ask if a person has comitted zina but was never sentenced in court or public. And the matter remained private between them and Allah and they have repented from that, now if for some reason they have shared their past to a person they are looking to marry, would this information require the other person to reject the proposal under the condition of a virgin not being allowed to marry a zani?
