Can State forcefully take someone’s house or land for greater good and prosperity of State?
As they recently started giving notices to thousands for New Ravi City project in Lahore, those people lived there for generations and their elders buried there.
Can State forcefully move entire town for such projects?
After purchasing Land, does state still have it’s rulings over it?

So we should stop saying that we bought House
and start saying we rented property for long term
and we rented property for short term.
Doesn’t it make all the illegal occupations legal?
Like india taking all Kashmiri land for prosperity.
We know for resources other states taken over other’s states.
I think this is Ghamidi sir personal ijtihad?

Kashmir is a disputed territory, not in collective ownership of any society like Pakistan or India. Therefore, this principle cannot be applied to this situation. It should be in collective possession if it is taken collectively, like Ghamidi sir mentioned about that land.
But once it is taken or purchased as individually, it should become personal property. Like Prophet Muhammad SAW purchased land from orphan boys for Masjid e Nabi. Even Prophet Muhammad SAW just became leader of Madina and he didn’t take land as collective property of Madina.

Can ghamidi sir explain? why state is allowed to make a road over graveyard for community benefit?

A state sometimes has to make many such critical decisions considering the pros and cons of such decisions especially when benefits outweigh the cost. All our lives are full of such dilemmas and critical decisions where we have to forgo something to gain something more beneficial.

Allow others to decide for your property status, will always going to result in very bad decisions.
