Where does the idea that I see prevalent in the farahi school of thought that sadde Zaria injunctions might not be punishable if they don’t lead to sin come from? I don’t mean sadde zariya acts that are of our own judgment ( like grey areas that might lead to something bad or not) but the ones established in Hadith. For example I read Ghamidi sahab said that Khalwat with a na mahram is a sin but might not be punishable if it doesn’t lead to zina. Wouldn’t a sin in the sight of Allah automatically mean it is punishable?

This concept emanates from various Quranic verses (4:31, 42:37, 53:32) and certain ahadith also supporting this principle.

Sir but what about sadde zariya injunctions mentioned in Quran . Like for example, knocking and asking for permission before entering residences, it seems to be a matter of etiquette ( something that could prevent sin like bothering someone or seeing someone inappropriately dressed ). Would that too be minor sin then?
