Waking Up For Prayer

This hadith seems to indicate that you can pray whenever you want, according to your sleep cycle I mean. Is this true? Shouldn’t the deen be made easy this way? Can I go to sleep with no alarm and no intention to wake up for fajr? If I sleep really late can I sleep through dhuhr intentionally and then combine it with asr?

Could you spell it out? What is the spirit of the prayer in this specific matter? The same way that Qaza namaz isn’t actually supposed to be prayed I guess what’s the real spirit here?

The Salah should be offered on time as a rule of thumb according to Quran and the only basis for relaxation in matters of Ibadah is ‘Usar’ and not waking up despite making every arrangement to wake up does fall in this category, but intentionally sleeping with plans to not wake up on time of Salah is a clear sarkashi (rebellion) and not an usar.
