The three quarter pants active wear for men that cover below the knees just above middle of the shin.
Can men say prayers wearing such active wear?

Salah would be valid in it.
But please note that decent dressing is a part of etiquettes of Salah, and wearing such clothing goes against the spirit of those etiquttes. Therefore one should strive to do better when it comes to offering Salah before the Lord.

Asalamualaikum,
In cases where people wear pants that are a bit loose, or don’t tighten up their belts enough, they may expose their back side when prostrating. Would this be considered a violation of etiquettes alone, or should one perform prayer again altogether?

In such matters, we should just point them towards importance of etiquettes and that we should strive our best to follow etiquettes of Salah in the best way possible. Repeating one’s Salah is not necessary.
