    Yes, there is nothing wrong.

    The T-shirt should not contain anything related to shirk(example:- names or images of dieties) and Fawaish(obscene images, words..etc).

    Salah would be valid in it.

    But please note that decent dressing is a part of etiquettes of Salah, therefore one should strive to do better when it comes to offering Salah before the Lord.
