  If someone is a murderer is it appropriate or even permissible to say may Allah’s curse be upon them?

  Sometimes we see so heinous crimes that these kind of words come out of our mouths naturally for the perpetrators. Its just we should not start cursing everyone on the basis of mere conjecture.
