What if a couple has different sex drives. Husband is more into it, whereas it does not fascinate to wife. Due to a lack of fulfillment of his desires, what if a husband goes out of a marital relationship and engages in a consensual sexual relationship within a specified time and money (Nikah Muta or Misayayr). If going out of a marital relationship is haram, what other options husband have to fulfill his desire if he can’t marry another woman, can not masturbate (self-pleasure) etc.

Just like any other challenge in life, one has to deal with it. Any kind of sexual relationship outside of marriage is strictly prohibited in Islam. Mutah/misyar are essentially legalized forms of adultery, and they are not permissible either.
