Apparently this hadith has been narrated by 62 companions. Can it be termed my tawattur? -

The very fact that a hadith is dependent on the names of narrators is evidence enough that it doesn’t meet the condition of tawatur.

What is the condition? Is it not simply when the number of narrators is so diverse and reliable that collusion of a lie or a misunderstanding is impossible?

So isn’t 62 companions enough for that?

For something to meet the condition of tawatur it must be perpetually and concurrently transmitted through generations by such a large body of people that their conspiring or colluding on a lie must be incomprehensible. There’s no objective count of people that can be associated with tawatur.

62 of the companions of the prophet isn’t enough for the collusion of lie to be incomprehensible? There’s two things- the large body, and the reliability of each person in said large body

Tawatur has nothing to do with reliability of people involved. My comments on the number are above.

Why not? The incomprehensibility of the lie is the variable being discussed- unless tawatur inherently ensues perpetual concurrence in its meaning too.
