Is Zakat On Same Wealth Due Every Year & On Gross Wealth Or Net Of Nisab??
I have few questions related to Zakat.
1. Is zakat supposed to be given every year on the same items/ gold or once zakat on a particular item is given we don’t have to give it again.
2. If my wife has 50 tola gold so zakat will be calculated on 50 tola or 42 5 tola’s (less 7.5 tola).

1) Yes! Zakat is obligatory every year on the same date as long as your wealth surpasses Nisab threshold, irrespective of the fact whether you’d paid Zakat on the same wealth last year.
