Quran Interpretation For 21st Century Men
We believe Quran is the word of God but is also the interpretation of Quran ? Prophet explained it for 7th century men in a manner that they can understand. Would same interpretation hold for 21st century men and for 30th century men and so on. Is this the reason Muslim do not want to progress and stay in the past so that the Quran interpretation of 7th century still holds true.

The message of Quran is universal, whether it be a 7th century man or a 30th century man and so are the interpretations of Quran. There has never been any disagreement in any interpretation of God’s word when it comes to the basic universal message of Quran. The only differences that arise relate to few matters of the Law for which God himself has said that one would not be held accountable if one reached a wrong conclusion as an honest mistake of understanding.
