Test Tube Baby And Sperm Donation
In IVF/Test Tube baby procedure , can sperm of unknown person be use?? If it’s not possible to use the sperm of the husband but wife eggs are strong to produce a baby , then sperm of any donar / person can be used??

Peace.
Islam only prohibits Sexual intercourse & Penetration outside Wedlock. Sex is only permitted between a Husband & Wife otherwise its Haram. Other than that Using Sperm from a donor/Person falls in Mubah(Optional) Category. But You must make sure that when the child grows mature and adult than he/she must be told the truth about his birth. He must be made aware who the donor person was for he is a Mehram now in the same way as the child’s father. for example if a child grows up on Milk Sucking from Razai Mother and not his real blood mother than he is made aware of that to protect his Relationship with his breast feeding mother as a Mehram. its also to protect the nasab(Lineage) for future generation. According to Ghamidi sb arguments, sperm from unknown person cannot be used. Also, even if the person is known there are certain things to be consider.
