As I see it.
The concept of punishment is only and always attached with the prophets and their immediate audience. Once the prophet has made the message evidently clear beyond all doubt to his nation and they still disobey, then a minor judgement day is unleashed on them. This is the punishment through natural catastrophes existing in this world.
The other natural phenomenon are not punishment. They occur by the laws of God through which our universe operates.

What if somehow we will live on mars then what will be the implications ?

The same as on earth.
If a prophet is denied then the people will be punished even on Mars.
The phenomenon occurring on other planets are natural phenomenon not punishments.

Creation is an on going process that’s taking place in the whole universe since the beginning. It’s taking the whole universe from a chaos or disorder to an order. The creation process involves a change and the change involve replacing old things with new ones aka disruption. Anything that comes in the way of creation is disrupted or eliminated. It has got nothing to do with human actions unless a particular incident of natural calamity is caused by climate change caused by human activities on Earth but even in that case the polluters and the victims can be different groups of people.
