    No, mathi is emitted even when someone is aroused.what if mathi has emitted and dried?

    If you’re not sure then but you know that there was a wet dream then it’s better to perform ghusl (ceremonial bath) before offering salah.

    BTW.ghusl is not required for emission of mathi right?

    If you’re certain about mani, ghusl is compulsory before salah.

    If you’re certain about mathi, no ghusl is required.

    If you’re not certain, but you know that it was one of the above, it better to make ghusl before salah.

    If there’s no physical evidence of either, then you’re not required to do anything.
