Who Created Evil
As salamu alaykum,
I heard Ghamidi Sahab saying, Allah didn’t create evil, however, I’ve read so many duas that ask Allah for a refuge from the evil He created, e.g.
A‘oothu bi kalimaatil-laahit-taammaati min sharri maa khalaq.
“I seek protection in the perfect words of Allah from every evil that He has created.”
TBH, I don’t feel comfortable saying Allah Almighty created evil. Is there a better of making a dua (seeking the protection of Allah from all forms of evil)?

The question is how you define evil?
Natural calamities or unjustice done by people due to their their free will.
