Two cases have been cleared. Usually the husband is responsible for the head of the family. He has some powers based on authority, which sounds logical. If a situation arises when the husband is unable to lead or manage the family but the wife is… then in such a case the authority of the head of the family (with some powers) automatically passes to her.

Now there is 1 case left and I have not found anything directly on this matter.

    1) What if a husband and wife contribute to the family more or less equally? As ghamidi sahab said in an interview, in such case the responsibility of the husband comes down automatically. So if a wife contributes equally to the family at her own will, in most cases the decision will be made by both, including financial matters, right?

2)If a Husband and wife equally contribute to the family financially, but the husband begins to be rebellious. So in this case, the husband automatically gets out of his responsibilities and only 1 head remains and that is the wife and in this case she has the right to do whatever needs to be done as the head of the family.

3)If a husband beats his wife, can she beat him in self-defense? Here both parties are contributing to the family and if a husband starts abusing her then maybe she will automatically start gaining more power because she not only contributes but also maintains her obediency. And again, she may become the head and exercise all the power.
