    Assalamualaikum

What’s the stance of Ghamidi sahab on reading Quran in urdu accent like daad as zaad etc. Like at some places it changes the meaning from Arabic perspective?

You should pronounce the words the best that you can. There’s no requirement of an accent or tajweed.

But later the problem comes when Imam (prayer leader) reads daad as zaad or wrong tajweed. And from the Arabic reading perspective, it doesn’t feel right?

There’s no problem with that either. One can train their ears with time to where different accents do not sound awkward.

Yes that’s ok that if in different Arabic accents there are things present like that. He gave the example of English, and subcontinent speaks English, and in that”English language” there is an Indian accent. But here we don’t speak Arabic but read Arabic in Urdu accent, we don’t speak Arabic and that’s why that is not an accent in “Arabic” itself?

I don’t think it makes any difference does if one is reading or speaking.
