Member September 30, 2022 at 8:23 amPlease explain with its applications and punishment
It was done within the presence of Muhammad S.A.W that’s why punishment in the world was given no other reason?
Is that punishment applied today?if so in which context?
and punishment applied for spreading vulgarity? OR for spreading rumors about pious men and women because Here What I see Quran basically pointing the punishment for spreading vulgarity the basic purpose behind was that. please explain

The punishment threatened was under Muharbah, which can still be applied in today’s time, if situation so demands. More details on Muharbah can be read here:
Muharbah includes both waging war against Allah and his messenger and to strive to spread anarchy in the land.
At that time, hypocrites were trying to commit both these acts through organized schemes of targetting Muslim women by assassinating their characters, by spreading rumours of adultery etc. Therefore, it falls in both domains of waging war against the prophet and speading anarchy in the land.
In today’s time, if a network of hackers, for example, try to spread fake pornographic content of Muslim women online, the they will also be tried on Muharbah charges.
Spreading vulgarity can become a serious crime, punishable under muharbah. But the type of vulgarity being spread, the state of society in general, the role of state in making laws to curb that kind of vulgarity etc all need to be considered first.

And in the end you mentioned
“Spreading vulgarity can become a serious crime, punishable under muharbah. But the type of vulgarity being spread, the state of society in general, the role of state in making laws to curb that kind of vulgarity etc all need to be considered first”.
If vulgarity that being spread, Gov. Haven’t passed law against that type of vulgarity yet so it’s not get punished in this world yet but will it be punished in hereafter because Ayat says “behayai/Fahashi philane walon k lye akhrat ma b dardnaak azab hai”
just like i gave example previously if media creates that kind of content that’s promote or spread vulgarity and state didn’t pass law against it yet will it be punished in hereafter as severely as mentioned in the ayat
I know making such content wrong anyway but will it be?

Member October 2, 2022 at 6:41 pmOR is it necessary to do these things must while spreading vulgarity “must do effect Jaan, maal, abro of someone’s like anarchy on land” or “war against ALLAH and Muhammad S.A.W” to get punished in hereafter under the punishment refers ayat 19. I think these two things are different if someone make such content he will surly be accountable in hereafter but not under ayat 19 right?
