Agr jese index funds hai aur us fund ke under kuch bank bhi list hai, mgr us index fund ki value ka bhadna kam hona us usse paise kmana thik hai? kyuki meri research ke baad mujhe to ye smjh aya ki agr hum kisi bank mai invest krte hai aur uske profit mai part lete hai to vo thik nhi hai, mgr share price ka upar neeche hokr usse paise kmana to thik hi hoga kyuki usme sood involved nhi hai hai usme to bs share ki value kam zada hi ho rhi hai.

سرمایہ کاری میں مقررہ منافع لینا جائز ہے۔ یہ سود نہیں۔ سود صرف ادھار میں ہوتا ہے۔
آپ کی بیان کردہ صورت اگر سرمایہ کاری کی ہے تو منافع راس المال یعنی پرنسپل رقم پر فیصد کی شرح سے مقرر ہو یا منافع پر فیصد کی شرح سے مقرر ہو دونوں جائز ہیں۔

There’s nothing inherently wrong in investments of any form as long as there’s no aspect of immorality or polytheism involved. However, Directly investing in Banking Stock would be considered impermissible because currently, significant income of a Bank is from ‘Riba based activity‘. (See: Discussion 80063 • Reply 80554)
As for Mutual Funds/Index Funds, your preference should be that you pick the ones that don’t make investments in Haram businesses. And if there is no such choice available, then atleast one should choose those funds where significant portion of their investments are made in Halal businesses and its best that proprotion of income of fund earned through investement in a bank be given in charity.
