In additon to what Dr. Irfan Shahzad Sahab said regarding educating the public being the most critical factor (Please also see: Discussion 74709 • Reply 74732), there is need for a dialoge among major stake holders of power as well. Something similar was also proposed by ex-prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and Ghamidi Sahab also have a similar proposition.
