    First it is need to define waht Qadar is. Qadar or taqdeer has two aspects. The decree by the will of God and the advance knowledge of God of the happenings come up resultantly from the world of casue and effect which He has initiated. We beleive in both kindds of Tqadeer. For example, creation of the world and hereafter is will of God. The world of cause and effect our freel will produce different results and God knows in advance all about this and wherever He will, He interfares to to change the course of happenings according to His will and widom.
