    I have left mina on 12 th dulhaj after rami before asr.

    Now want to leave haram boundary for visiting relatives in taif ,jeddeh etc

    Should i perform tawaf e wida first ?or can perform it before my departure flight ?

    Is it obligatory to perform umrrah after re entering haram bounday ? Or re entering in meqaat?

    There is no compulsion, you can perform last tawaf this time or before your departure flight. In the spirit of the directive, it seems better if it is done as last thing before returning home i.e. before departure flight. (Please see: Discussion 85158).

    And no, it is not obligatory to perform umrah after re-entering haram bounday or meeqat. Instead, if one has already performed one Umrah with their Hajj (Hajj-i-Tamatto), then performing further Umrah is a Biddah (Please see: Discussion 84263).
