How do you take it that Saudi Arabia is opening the first liquor store at Riyad……is it totally condemnable or anyway permissible in the guise of economic developments..?

As per the reports, the sales are restricted to non-muslim diplomats only and is part of the effort to curb illegal import of Alcohol via diplomatic passages which was not only unregulated but was also resulting in bootlegging of alcohol. If what is being reported is correct, then it seems like a regulatory measure for a previously unregulated section which is not objectionable.
