I know I have been asking too many questions recently I am sorry for that but the questions I asked gave rise to more questions

    1) if Allah said that He won’t forgive shirk then why it is said that if the christians who believe in trinity would be excused if they have reasonable excuse? If they can be excused can a mushrik be excused too then?

    2) we know that the punishment of kufr is eternal hell and they are condemned people and we are not allowed to be friends with them ( I know we can’t define such people now but only to make the confusion clear) and at the same time we know that the punishment of mushrik is eternal hell so aren’t these people condemned too and that means we shouldn’t be friends with them too? And secondly at the times of prophet when someone was declared kafir did the sahaba immediately broke all the ties with their relatives?

    3) itmam e hujjah is occuring at present times too can we know at whom it occurred or will it be declared only on the day of judgement?

The reason you are getting confused is that you are asking more questions without first pondering over what answers are already given. So this time, try to slow down and absorb what is being said because most of it has already been told to you in previous threads:

    Keep these principles in mind:

O – Allah is not robotic, rigid or mathematical. He is understanding, careful, considerate, wise and keeps nuance in mind. When He says that He won’t forgive shirk does not mean He does not consider the intention, the situation, knowledge and background of the criminal. Human courts even check all this, do not think less of God’s court.

O – Everything regarding Allah’s punishments is a warning. Allah will fulfill His promises but He may or may not fulfill His warnings. So your first question problem is that you think that Allah isn’t flexible. He is, don’t put your hope on it, but He is. Why? Because He is not robotic and actually understands grey areas that needs careful judgments.

Now ponder over these two points, and understand them. Once you have absorb them, we can deal with your questions:
    —————————————————————————————————————————————————–

    1) Christians do not accept that they commit Shirk. Mushrik do. Christians argue that they have proof from their holy books that Trinity is correct. Mushrik have no proof. Now the question is, which Christian is being honest and which one is lying? Allah will decide because there is honest believer and dishonest disbeliever hiding within Christians. Mushrik has no proof, accepts they commit shirk and the chances that there is a confused honest believer hiding there are less. Chances that a mushrik is forgiven are less, but not impossible because of the two principles stated above.

    2) Separation of believers and disbelievers happen in time of Rasuul only. Because Allah intends to destroy disbelievers and does not want believers to be there when His punishment falls. Which is why He told believers to enter Hazrat Nuh’s boat because the flood will drown everyone. Hazrat Nuh’s son didn’t listen, didn’t separate himself from the disbelievers and got drowned because of this. We don’t separate from disbelievers for no good reason, and definitely do not separate from Non-Muslims, especially in modern time because there is no Rasuul, no punishment that will fall from Allah. There is also a case of separating from the enemy you are war with that wants to kill you in war time but that is common sense. A prophet’s followers only separate when Allah gives the command through His revelation at that specific time period.

    3) It will only be declared on Day of Judgment. It was only declared in Rasuul’s time because the Judgment had to happen in a few years in front of everyone. Our time’s judgment is only going to come at the Last Day, there is no Rasuul, no revelation, nothing to tell us who is a believer or kafir today.

Kafir is someone who is a deliberate denier but what about a believer who is he?

You said ” Mushrik has no proof, accepts they commit shirk and the chances that there is a confused honest believer hiding there are less.” Who is a believer and what if someone doesn’t has a religion will there be a believer too?

A believer is someone that values the truth.

In first step of our lives. We value the truth that Allah gave us when we came into this world, to properly follow the way to judge right and wrong (morality) , to appreciate the design in creation (aesthetic sense) and our ability to believe in things we don’t see through use of intelligence (induction). This leads to an eventual conclusion that I am a creation so there is a Creator, He wants me to value morality, He wants me to appreciate the beauty He has created and that I can believe that there will be Day where He will judge me even if I haven’t seen this with my own eyes through induction. So I should do good in His name and hope He will be happy with me when I meet Him.

Surely those who believe, and those who are Jews, and the Christians, and the Sabians, whoever believes in God and the Last day and does good, they shall have their reward from their Lord, and there is no fear for them, nor shall they grieve. (Qur’an 2:62)

This is the basic believer. Even if he is in process of reaching this step, he is making effort towards this step. He is a believer.

Now if such a truth-seeker receives news from God, any revelation, then this person shows concern and moves towards guidance. He shows seriousness towards verifying the news from God and tries to his best to follow whatever part of guidance he is convinced is from God i.e he values the truth when he sees it (in contrast to kafir that rejects it). Even if he is in the process of becoming a part of religion, he is considered a believer, as long as he is on the path of seeking truth and making effort, he is a believer. And if Allah wants, He will complete his journey and make him a true Muslim but that is a favor from Him, it is not necessary that a truth-seeker needs to reach the last step to find salvation, as long as the attitude is of sincere humble worshiper of God, the religion isn’t the main factor, the attitude is:
