There is a 40 min gap between Fajir Azaan and Nimaaz here, should we eat during this in between time or should we consider Azaan as the end of Sehri???

One should stop eating when Suhur time hits the clock (which is time of Fajr). It is independent of the fact when Azan happens and also independent of the fact when Fajr Salah happens. Follow a Ramdhan calendar for your locality in this regard, which are easily available online.

Thanx for the reply, I hv seen this video but the issue is what is mentioned as Fajr time in local calendars is when the Azaan is given like it is 4:18 for today but Fajr Nimaaz is offered here at 5 am not on 4:18.

Follow Fajr time as per calender as your sehri end time.
