When Is Ghusl Fard?
While sleeping if husband and wife hugs and kisses with no intercourse and feel few drops of wetness and not ejacuation does it makes the ghusl farz?
If ghusl not farz then do we need to change the pants or underpants and do wudu before sleeping or praying?
Is there any video which explain this in detail or if you can explain this is detail please

No, this does not make Ghusl compulsory before Salah But Wuzu will be required befor Salah.
Clothes should be clean before offeing Salah as an etiquette of Salah, this can be achieved by sprinkling water on the effected area or by changing clothes altogether. It is upto the indivividual
