Consultant Work For International Students
Assalamu Alaikaum, A student hire a consultant and leave work to him like collection of documents, applying in universities, documents submission and writing SOP. The Student shares original degrees and work experience, but what if consultant make up a case that is in the support of student and write SOP which might have things that were not true completely or is made up to show a student genuine (such as justifying gap and all). Following are the questions:
1) in this case, will the student be accountable for this?
2) will this be a grave sin or a minor sin on the student?
3) Will the living there, study and income be halal or not?
4) Will this come under stealing someone’s right (haq talfi)?
